Welcome to our luxurious, beach-front retreat in beautiful, sea-side Queenscliff. Occupying the entire top floor of the historic Ozone Hotel, our stylish home offers every comfort and convenience surrounded by turn-of-the-century art deco glamour. This enormous home has four-metre ceilings, giant bedrooms, remarkable, zoned living and dining areas, a magnificent gourmet kitchen, breath-taking grand staircase and panoramic ocean views. The space Fully renovated, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped for family groups or friends. Access our home from either the private Grand Staircase or Elevator directly from the ground-floor/carpark entrance. Located on the Gellibrand’s “Golden Mile” with direct access to the beach and Hesse street’s fabulous restaurants, galleries and antique shops. Mere moments walk to the Sorrento Ferry and Swan Bay. Parking is available on the premises with additional ample, free on-street parking. Our light-filled home is framed by enormous windows with views of the ocean and township and also offers a balcony with gas barbecue. In addition to your private balcony, the Ozone has beautiful manicured gardens with picnic and outdoor dining areas for your enjoyment. Other things to note- We have recently installed a lovely Hardwood Pool Table in the family room. LINEN: Linen and towels are included but you will need to bring your own beach towels. CAN YOU BRING PETS: No. We love fur babies, but this property does NOT permit pets. PARKING: 1 x car space in garage marked Apartment 7. Please ensure you only park in your designated space. If you have additional vehicles, there is convenient on-street parking available nearby. Thank you for your understanding! LIFT: Use Lift to Level 1 then go to left hand side. *Deposit or full payment is processed once booking is confirmed. A non-refundable credit card surcharge applies: 1.5% for Visa/MC, 3% for Amex.
