This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment features an outdoor balcony and on-site parking. It comfortably accommodates six people or seven with four adults and three children. From the twentieth second floor, residents enjoy a breathtaking view of the city lights. Conveniently located on the tenth floor are a pool, gym, and sauna. Ground floor amenities include a restaurant and bar. Within a ten-minute walk of Flinders Street Station, restaurants, and a casino are accessible. Additionally, numerous scenic attractions are within easy reach.
