Coastal Letting Co was created with one goal in mind; to provide guests with the best variety of accommodation to suit their budget and taste to make their holiday one to remember. We have 30+ years experience in the tourism industry, offering a range of well-maintained apartments across the Gold Coast for you to choose from. We operate from a nearby Surfers Paradise Office on Peninsular Drive (which is where you collect, and drop your keys!) from 8:30-5pm Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm Saturdays, and 9am-1pm Sunday. Further details will be provided upon booking. We look forward to welcoming you!

We, Coastal Letting Co, do not manage any onsite facilities associated with this building, such as the pool, sauna, gym etc, therefore cannot control any unforeseen maintenance or closures. We will do our best to inform you prior. Chevron Renaissance has the following facilities, for your enjoyment! Beaches in the Sky pool, Indoor and Outdoor lap pool, BBQ Facilities, Gym, Sauna and a Private Theatre. The property is located within a short walking distance of many of Surfers Paradise’s best restaurant’s, cafes, night life, and the pristine beaches.
