This stunning 3 bedroom property will be sure to impress! On the front side of SALTWATER HOUSE you are directly opposite the beach while on the other side you have stunning views of the natural freshwater Begola Wetlands .
A little more about Saltwater House .....
· There is an expansive deck out the back to relax and enjoy the estuary views plus a rooftop deck off the master bedroom upstairs.
· There is easily enough room for two families or three couples.
· There are 3 x queen beds, 1 x bunk bed, plus a trundle bed – sleeps 9.
· A wood heater provides cosy comfort in winter, and split system heating/cooling in all bedrooms.
· The beach is across the road, there are multiple paths to take you through the sand dunes and onto the beach – our closest path is just 400m down the road.
· A beautiful outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes a beach visit a breeze.
· A smart TV will ensure you are all set for Netflix (using your personal account), plus unlimited Wi-Fi.
· The town centre is within walking distance - a 15 minute walk.
