Property information

Ideally located on a quiet street with just a short 2 minute stroll to Quindalup bay beach. The house is in close proximity to Dunsborough Town centre so you can walk/ride in being just under 2km. Features spacious patio/deck and fully fenced yard which is perfect for families with young children. Fully self contained small and simple freestanding unit on Marshall Street in Quindalup. Featuring 3 bedrooms, living area/kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, private outdoor patio/deck area, grassed area, reverse cycle air-conditioning, fully fenced yard perfect for families with younger children. Outside there is a BBQ and a great entertaining area to sit, eat and have a nice glass of wine or beer in the afternoon.

Neighbourhood information

Quindalup is a beach side holiday town with many people deciding to live permanently after they holiday here. It has a relaxed village centre with a central parkland area and all the shops you will need for an enjoyable holiday.
