If your idea of a perfect getaway is sitting by the water sipping a cafe latte or soaking up the sun on a tranquil beach or lounging on a pool side deck chair reading your favourite book, then Mandurah is your getaway location and Serenity on the Terrace is your destination. Please note the swimming pool is seasonally solar heated from October to April With a 5 minute stroll to the foreshore, offering an abundance of waterside dining, cafes, ice creamery, large childrens playground, fishing, crabbing, bike & boat hire, beaches, cinemas and the marina, just to name a few.
