Welcome to Southside Sands – your relaxed coastal escape in the heart of Frankston South. Designed with families in mind, this spacious two-storey home offers four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and two downstairs, creating an ideal layout for families or groups. Enjoy open, easy living with a fully equipped kitchen, generous lounge areas and a sunny outdoor space complete with BBQ—perfect for long, lazy afternoons. With parking for up to six cars, arriving and exploring is a breeze. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Double bed Bedroom 3: Double bed Bedroom 4: Tri-bunk We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience. Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :) Hens parties by application only.
