Perfectly situated near the lake, stunning beaches, and the lively Memorial Drive strip, this delightful three-bedroom home offers a perfect base for your next coastal getaway. The interior features a relaxing neutral colour palette, inviting you to unwind. The property is appointed with Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout, and an air-conditioned living room with gorgeous plush sofa, Smart TV and reverse-cycle air conditioning ensuring year-round comfort. In the modern kitchen you’ll find everything you need to prepare your desired meals, which you can enjoy at the breakfast bar or dining table. Heading into the master bedroom, you’ll find a King bed, spacious walk-in wardrobe and a Smart TV. Across the hall, the family bathroom is equipped with a separate bath and shower. The second shower and toilet is located in the external combined laundry area, complete with a washer and dryer. Step outside to the outdoor deck, complete with a barbecue and dining setting, overlooking a fully fenced backyard—perfect for entertaining. Relax with a barbecue dinner or a refreshing drink while the kids play nearby. In those cooler months, the firepit offers a peaceful space to cosy up post-dinner, and roast marshmallows under the stars. Guests have access to ample parking for cars, caravans, boats and jet skis on the fully concreted driveway. Spend your day swimming, snorkelling, or fishing from the wharf, or unwind with coffee and lunch at Paradise Marina. A boat ramp and trailer parking are nearby, and Mewali Homewares and Coffee (44 Little street) offers unique gifts, leather accessories, and takeaway treats just around the corner. Explore Wallis Lake via boat or paddleboard, available from local boatsheds like Aussie Boatshed, Waterline, and Number One Boatshed.
