Property information

This distinctive penthouse apartment, located in the thriving West End Precinct, checks all the right boxes. As soon as you exit the lift and enter the apartment, you'll be impressed. The open-concept living and dining area on the first level has floor to ceiling windows that look out onto Light Square. Enter a modern commercial kitchen with a steam oven, dishwasher, enormous 900 mm oven and hotplates, and stylish stainless steel benches and cupboards. There is a large pantry and two sizable storage rooms. You then proceed into your second living/dining area. From here, you may access the rooftop deck and private pool. Please note the pool is not heated. This level also contains a toilet and powder room, laundry and wet shower and toilet for use when outside. You can access the upstairs bedrooms through the spiral staircase. The enormous master bedroom has space for a desk where you can work while admiring the views of Light Square. His and hers baths and vanities make the bathroom magnificent. Huge walk in a robe. The second and third bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and built-in robes.
