Secure private entry. Please Note: Not suitable for young children 6years and under due to close proximity to the waters edge. Supervision is guests responsibility. No Parties permitted. Maximum visitors 8 Maximum sleeping guests 4 There is a resident pooch that shares the grassed area. Is well behaved, never enters rooms. Birchgrove Studio & Boathouse is located close to all the delights of Sydney city & CBD yet a tranquil natural setting. Public transport within 5 minutes walk, including ferry & bus. Great coffee, Cafes, restaurants & supermarkets located within 10 minute walk. Lovely neighbourhood, surrounded by recreational harbourside parklands and waterways.
