Our Last St adventure began in 2017 when we stumbled across a dusty old brewery on a trip to Beechworth. We immediately fell in love with the unique building, historic town, and pristine region.
The brewery itself was full of potential (& few hundred pigeons). We were amazed by the sites 150-year-old red brick well, that provided an abundant supply of pristine alpine spring water for beverage making.
We teamed up with a local historian to learn as much about the brewery's remarkable past as possible. Our ambition was to share these stories, along with the delicious original recipes with people across the country.
We've faced more challenges along the way than we could have ever imagined, however thanks to a passionate team of locals and many years of hard work, we are proud to have restored Last St into the iconic destination it was always meant to be.

Newly renovated Brewers House is situated on the site of Billson's original malt house, in Central Beechworth.
This heritage property has been meticulously maintained and features truly gorgeous suites and gardens. Stay in one of four private suites, enjoy drinks by the pool and explore everything Beechworth has to offer within walking distance - including Last St Brewery just two blocks away!
The Brewers House comprises of four guest suites all with private entries and bathroom facilities. Book just one room as a weekend getaway or all four if travelling with friends/family.
All rooms have a mini fridge and access to tea and coffee making facilities. Suite 3 has the addition of a large freestanding bathtub and Suite 4, a kitchenette with microwave and toaster.
