This freshly renovated, ground floor stay features thoughtful furnishings and a soothing white palette, offering a tranquil space to unwind after a day of work or sightseeing. An open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare meals at home, allowing you to stock up on fresh gourmet produce at the renowned Prahran Market to cook up and enjoy at the breakfast bar. In the lounge area, you’ll find a generous sofa and two cosy armchairs nestled around a gas fireplace, ensuring guests are comfortable year-round. Settle in and watch a movie, or kick back with a book while you enjoy leafy views. Should you wish to enjoy a meal alfresco, this area offers a comfortable four-seater table in the patio facing the courtyard. Two spacious and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed while the guest bedroom includes two singles, both with radiator heating. An elegant, contemporary bathroom offers a bathtub to enjoy a relaxing soak at the end of the day, as well as complimentary toiletries to make you feel at home. Other conveniences include WiFi, radiator heating in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom, driveway parking for one car, and in-unit washing machine and dryer. Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.

The cafes, restaurants and boutique shops along vibrant High Street are just a stroll from your stay, including the famed Lune Croissanterie, while nearby Victoria Gardens provides a green oasis to enjoy your coffee away from the hustle and bustle.
