The Quindy is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with room for up to 6 guests. There are 2 main bedrooms both furnished with Queen beds with ceiling fans, closet space, bedding and towels provided. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds, perfect for children to enjoy their holidays together. The property has one bathroom with a corner “step in” bath and shower, and a separate WC, along with a second WC and wash basin. The laundry is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, trough, ironing board and iron. The large open kitchen, dining and living area is a light space with high, pitched ceilings. Full length windows and glass sliding doors open out onto the shady grassed yard, paved BBQ and outdoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer (second fridge in the laundry), microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans makes for a comfortable space in the living area, regardless of the season, along with a wood fire for the winter months.

Quindalup is a quiet neighbourhood on the East side of Dunsborough, away from the buzz of town but still within easy reaching distance. The beachfront here is all soft powdery white sand and clear, aquamarine waters - absolute bliss. It is the perfect spot for fishing, all water sports, or just a refreshing dip. Dunsborough is the jewel of the South West region, located on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay. At low tide, the beach has shallow, clear waters, perfect for kids to play and splash around safely, and on a nice day you will find happy groups of visitors and locals alike paddling, floating, fishing and boating in the serene waters of the bay. Just outside of town there are some more secluded beaches, like Curtis Bay and Meelup.
