The house is perfect for a family, or a group of friends if you are happy with bunks. As the cottage also has a small footprint, it is perfect for a couple as well. Where will I be? The Shack is located at Palm Beach on the waterfront reserve of St Georges Basin. You have private access to the reserve and also the local playground and BBQ area. Why choose The Shack? This is an original 1950s retro cottage beautifully renovated and decorated. It has a waterfront location and a lovely setting, near Palm Beach. How is the property laid out? The Shack comprises three bedrooms and an open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air-conditioning. As you enter the house you have combined laundry and bathroom on your left (with washer and dryer), before you make your way into the open plan living and dining area. The kitchen has all the mod cons needed while away on holidays, including a dishwasher. Down the hallway are the three bedrooms. Main with a queen and the other two have split bunks - ideal for young children. Facing the waterfront you have a large open entertaining deck and boat shed with direct access to the waterfront reserve. The yard is fully fenced.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
