This stunning, unique reclaimed sand stone and timber country home oozes character, quality and comfort for maximum 6 adult guests (18y and older).. Each window offers postcard perfect views of the mature gardens, pool, parkland, and lake. Being the main house and one of two dwellings, guests are spoilt with space, charm, and unique Australian touch. Surrounded by stud farms and vine yards in the heart of Pokolbin. Serene and close to concert venues and the best the Valley has to offer. Welcome to our own Provincial escape. Guests have 3 bathrooms: 1. ground floor master bedroom ensuite with shower and optional candle light; 2. First floor bathroom with shower and bath shared between two bedrooms 3. ground floor extra bathroom with under bench washing machine and dryer for Guest convenience. Guests must take extra care when using the stair case. Use the safety rail, take it easy and always practice 3 contact points. No parties or extra visitors are allowed on the property.
We love welcoming guests to the property, sharing the history, beauty, and central location to all things great in the Valley. We aim to create a haven to rest, explore, reconnect, and have intimate private celebrations. We foster a healthier environment through conservation, recycling, and carbon footprint reduction practices the best we can.
The Parish of Pokolbin is the premier wine country of NSW. It is the most scenic with views, walks, cycling, and 4WD opportunities of mountains, including the Watagans, Pokolbin and Broken Ridge, cellar doors, concert venues, restaurants all within minutes. Day trips are also possible to quaint villages, scenic Port Stephens, Newcastle's beautiful beaches, and heritage listed rain forest of Barrington Tops. Hire a car, catch a taxi, iHop shuttle bus, private tour, limousine, operators , electric bikes, fighter jet, Tigermoth aeroplane and even hot air balloon to explore the all season beauty of the Valley and be inspired
