THE TERRACE is a charming, spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage located close to trendy Melbourne Street, in one of Adelaide's finest suburbs, North Adelaide. FACILITIES INCLUDE: Spacious open plan living with TV and a dining area that opens onto the alfresco courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. A spacious study/home office is located by the front entrance, away from the other living areas for peace and quiet should you need to work. Bedding - hotel quality linen is provided on all beds. The double garage is accessed via the rear lane. The garage provides direct access into the property.
