THE TERRACE is a charming, spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage located close to trendy Melbourne Street, in one of Adelaide's finest suburbs, North Adelaide. FACILITIES INCLUDE: Spacious open plan living with TV and a dining area that opens onto the alfresco courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a full size fridge. There is an additional TV in this area for your convenience. A spacious study/home office is located by the front entrance, away from the other living areas for peace and quiet should you need to work. Bedding - hotel quality linen is provided on all beds. The bedding configuration is as follows: ● Master bedroom - King bed, TV, built-in robes, private ensuite with shower, basin and toilet, private balcony. ● 2nd bedroom - Queen bed. ● Third bedroom - 2 single beds. Main bathroom upstairs comprises a bath, separate shower and hand basin. A separate toilet is conveniently located across the hallway. The laundry comprises washing machine and dryer and another separate toilet. Reverse Cycle air-conditioning and heating. Security Alarm system Complimentary WiFi is included. The double garage is accessed via the rear lane. The garage provides direct access into the property. If additional parking is required, there is parking available on Mann Terrace at the front of the property. Within walking distance to Adelaide CBD, Universities and many public and private hospitals and close to many of Adelaide’s best eating establishments, "The Terrace" is the perfect place to stay whilst enjoying Adelaide. THE TERRACE is easy walking distance to Melbourne Street/O'Connell St - walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs. A few minutes drive and you will be in the main CBD. Located near the Zoological Gardens, Botanical Gardens, North Terrace/Rundle Mall, Memorial and Women & Children's' Hospitals. Easy walk to public transport or take advantage of the FREE CITY CONNECTOR - buses run daily every 30 mins from early morning to 7.15 pm daily connecting North Adelaide to the city center.
