This beautiful 3-bedroom luxury waterfront townhouse is located in Captains Cove Resort. The master bedroom provides guests a queen bed and a private en-suite. The accommodation includes a fully self-contained kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cook-top, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. A lounge dining area that includes a HD TV and a laundry room with a washing machine & dryer. Guests can walk outside onto the deck and capture the beautiful Paynesville canal views. You have you own private jetty outside the sliding door just a few steps to fishing and your very own berth. BBQ on the front deck. Included within the resort is an Indoor heated pool and Tennis Court with basketball ring. A wonderful location just a short 500 metre walk to the towns centre with surrounding restaurants and shops all close by.
