The building is made up of the office and apprentices quarters of a 1970s mechanics workshop, fitted with modern cabinetry and appliances. Furnished with a comfortable double bed & 4 seater sofa. Indoor dining for two. The building is set back from the road, behind the accompanying house and has available off street parking near to the building entrance.
