Property information

Tintagel is a secluded two-storey house set on a pretty working vineyard / farm in native bushland surrounds. The attractive limestone and cedar house sits in an elevated position on the 110-acre property. This home boasts magnificent views across the vineyard to large stands of soaring Karri trees. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area flows onto the outside decks which are ideal for family and group entertaining in the warmer months. In the winter time, snuggle up indoors enjoying the warmth of the slow combustion wood fire. The stunning South-West coast with it's myriad of beautiful beaches is just 10-15 minutes away, as is the township of Margaret River. Other local attractions include the Leeuwin Estate and Voyager Estate, Lake Cave, Boranup Forest and Hamelin Bay. Just 20 minutes' drive further south, guests will also discover the beauty of Augusta on the Blackwood River, Flinders Bay and the Southern Ocean. Tintagel Wines is a boutique vineyard and staying on this estate provides a unique holiday experience to be remembered. Guests are spoilt for choice in Margaret River in terms of wineries being close to the iconic estates of Leeuwin, Voyager, Xanadu, Cape Mentelle, Vasse Felix Howard Park and Cullen Wines. Nature days can be spent walking sections of the world renowned Cape to Cape track; exploring ancient limestone caves; surfing at Surfer’s Point, Gas Bay, Huzzas, North Point and more; abseiling the cliffs of Wilyabrup; mountain-biking along purpose built trails like Middle Earth; watching the stingrays at Hamelin Bay and visiting other attractions such as Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, Contos Beach, Boranup Forest. The quaint townships of Cowaramup, Witchcliffe and Augusta are nearby, or explore the northern end of the region towards Yallingup, Dunsborough and Busselton.
