Excellent, modern and spacious apartment. Clean. Location is perfect, right in the middle of surfers, walk to the beach and everything. . Parking and pool facilities were great. Would highly recommended this place.

Stayed at Mandy's apartment over the New years and location was fantastic for us. Right in the heart of Surfers, everything close by. Very clean and easy key collection, and Mandy was very helpful with locating the parking. Highly recommend.

Top Floor self-contained Apartment located in the centre of Surfers Paradise, located in the iconic Orchid Avenue/corner of Cavill Avenue. The 17th floor offers both Ocean and City views with restaurants, shopping, bars, cafe's and night clubs all down stairs! Just metres walk to the famous Surfers Paradise beach to enjoy the sun, sand and surf. The Apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms all which have recently completed a full renovation. Private Kitchen and laundry facilities. Property hosts pool, heated spa, gym, tennis court, bbq and sauna for all guests to use on 5th floor. Open space bedrooms, living area and bathrooms with entry ramps making it more accessible for persons with disability or wheelchair. Doorways are standard size. Please note: -Key collection is located nearby (walking distance) - NO PARTIES ALLOWED OR EXCESSIVE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN ROOM. Booking will be cancelled. -Baby bath available -Parking available: 1.9m height limit in the gated Parking area. Lower levels of carpark has a 2.1m limit. -Tennis racquets available -Board games - King bed can split into two singles, making a total of 4 beds (please advise 48hours prior to checking in) -Please be mindful of the residents who live onsite when leaving or entering the room at night. -Roof top pool is located 5th floor roof top not the 17th floor -Busy nightlife venues surround the property due to the central location, therefore it can get noisy at night sometimes -This apartment is privately managed and is a self contained Apartment meaning house keeping is not offered during the stay unless arranged with the Property manager prior to check-in
