This 4 bedroom townhouse offering stunning views of the sparkling waterway and white sandy beach right out your back door. Enjoy resort facilities including two pools, tennis courts, volleyball, or go for a paddle on the stunning Pine Lake right out your back door.

We are a couple who live in Melbourne however we have fallen in love with the Gold Coast and plan to move here in the future. We love spending time with our cats, Lunar, Neo, Cleo and Matrix, and we both value health and fitness.
