Perfectly located in Tullamarine, just mins from Melbourne Airport, Urban Surf and Essendon Football Ground and cafe, this townhouse offers easy access to the local shopping centre (Airport West), restaurants, and public transport. Newly furnished and thoughtfully designed, this townhouse provides a modern and comfortable lifestyle in an unbeatable location. Step inside and be welcomed by a bright entryway leading to the staircase. The hallway features a study nook with a desk and chair—ideal for remote work or planning your next adventure. On the main level, you'll find a separate living area complete with a TV and seating area. Continue down the hallway to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The equipped kitchen makes meal preparation effortless, while the adjoining dining area offers a great space for gathering. Step outside to the private courtyard, with a combination of grass and deck areas. Adjacent to the dining area, you'll find a laundry with a washing machine and a separate toilet. From here, enjoy the convenience of internal access to the secure lock-up garage, which also connects to the outdoor area. The upper level has a landing area with a reading chair and three generously sized bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. A well-appointed bathroom with a separate bath and shower, along with an additional toilet. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. Sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.
