Noise Control: Guests are asked to be mindful of noise, with restrictions on loud music and noise after 9pm, especially since the property is in a quiet cul-de-sac. 4. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests booked are allowed, and any extra guests need prior approval. 5. Decorative Surfboard: The surfboard is purely for decoration and shouldn’t be used in the pool. 6. Confirmation Required: A message will be sent asking for confirmation that you’ve read and understood the rules before the booking is confirmed.
