The property is located in the Sebel Twin Waters and is set within the bush and mangroves. The grounds include a private lagoon, boardwalk to Maroochy River, beach access, swimming pool, and are frequented by Kangaroos and wildlife. The Novatel resort facilities (including restaurant and bar, gym, additional swimming pool, water activities) can also be accessed and utilised during your stay. You can also jump in the car and explore the surrounding area and the rest of the Sunshine Coast.
