The accommodation at Ultra Broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay.

While there will be no noise disturbances, guests may notice protective padding in elevators and tradespeople moving through common areas during the day.
