The floor to ceiling glass walls make the most of the beautiful surroundings. A well appointed lounge room is separated from the gourmet kitchen, and dining table by a double-sided combustion fire. There are 2 bedrooms, one with king and one with 2 king singles, and a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Both bedrooms are positioned to have fantastic views of the surrounding bushland and escarpment! What about outdoors? The outdoors of Villa Arbosana are private and peaceful. The dining area opens seamlessly onto the deck, perfect for alfresco dining. There is a BBQ area and a firepit with breathtaking views of the surrounding valley and escarpment. Large, open grassed areas surround the house. Please note: there is an unfenced dam on the property that is close to the house.
