Warringa Surf Holiday Apartments are perfectly positioned just 100 metres from the beach, in a quiet location midway between Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach. The apartments are located within walking distance to 100+ Restaurants, Convention Centre, Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair shopping centre and Public Transport. In addition we are just a 50 metre walk for transport to all the Theme parks. These one & two bedroom fully self contained apartments each enjoy glorious ocean, pool or garden views from their large sunny balconies. Making Warringa Surf the ideal holiday destination to unwind and relax while soaking up the sun.
Local Shops- Cafe, Groceries, Hairdresser, Broadbeach Bowls Club South down Surf Pde. (5 minutes walk). Continue onto Broadbeach (approx. 15 mins walk). BWS Bottle Shop/Fish & Chips & Pizza / Italian Restaurant Surf Parade turn left at Armick Avenue – walk to Cnr near Old Burleigh Rd. (6 mins walk) Crowne Plaza – First Avenue Tavern/ Four Winds Revolving Restaurant - Surf Parade to First Avenue, turn right for First Avenue Tavern (5 min walk). Four Winds in Crowne Plaza. DIRECTIONS TO BROADBEACH - Oasis Shopping centre and Restaurant Location Travel south down Surf Parade to Broadbeach. Woolworths (Opened Mon-Sat 7am-10pm/Sun 8am-8pm). Butchers, Bakery, Doctors, Chemists, etc. Variety of Restaurants, including the Oracle buildings Mall located behind the Oasis Shopping Centre (15 to 20 min. walk or 3 mins by car). Parking is available underground in the Broadbeach Oasis Shopping Centre. Drive down Surf Parade to the Victoria Street roundabout, (Monorail crossing goes overhead), turn left at the roundabout for the underground car park. 3 hours Free parking before 9PM. Travelling North to SURFERS PARADISE – Walk north down Gold Coast Highway for Caltex 24hr Petrol Station, Thai Restaurant, Irish Bar (5 minute walk). Caltex (sells milk, bread, some groceries). Further 15 minutes walk to Surfers Paradise Tourist attractions/ Restaurants. Trams - The G Light rail Trams travel regularly up and down the Gold Coast Highway from Broadbeach South Station (near Pacific Fair to Surfers Paradise, Southport onto Griffith University and GC Hospital and reverse trip when travelling south. The trams run from 5.00am – to midnight weekdays and 24 hours on the weekend. Buses North – Surfers Paradise-Seaworld and Theme Parks Bus stop is located on Old Burleigh Road, corner of Wharf Road (30 seconds walk from us)
