WINMARK WINES (former Pooles Rock) is a stunning property situated in Broke in the Hunter Valley on 130 Acres with 25 acres covered with Chardonnay wine. . We have 4 beautiful homes available for guest rentals. The Winmark Residence is a large luxury home featuring a private pool, private tennis court, formal gardens & a large alfresco area, all bedrooms have full size ensuite bathrooms along with a separate powder room, Africa Room & Library. Rock View is a spacious 5 bedroom home perfect for families and groups of friends to gather for a family getaway. Rock View has an enclosed outdoor Alfresco BBQ area & a new inground pool with stunning views overlooking the vineyard. "Mio Monte", is a large sophisticated home showcasing modern Australian architecture which provides a Tuscan twist. Mio Monte is Italian for My Mountain and looks across the vine-filled valley to Mt Broke, this home has 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, tennis court, a new shared pool, outdoor alfresco BBQ area, play climbing equipment for children, open plan living & a large kitchen. Villa Vino is a simple yet stylish open room with queen bed - a room for two. An outdoor luxury camp kitchen with pizza oven, microwave oven, BBQ w. cooktop and fridge allows you to cook a romantic candlelit dinner, with the stars the only distraction with access to pool. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
