Property information

York Cottage is a very special older home that sits on 2 acres amongst beautiful gardens with lush trees and shrubs. The home is large with 5 light filled bedrooms, 2 older style bathrooms, galley kitchen, original lounge room featuring a fireplace, large dining room overlooking the garden in a lush environment. The kids can enjoy bikes to ride and discover the local bike track to Bowral. There's even a swing set to soar on! A unique experience. Please note, this home is close to a rail line.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is country in its feel with thoroughbred horse facilities and cattle farms close by. One minute away you are in the suburb of Burradoo and the train station is close. Large beautiful properties line the streets of Burradoo, with lush greenery and landscaped gardens. Close to the Burradoo train station which can take you to Bowral, Mittagong and Moss Vale.
