A 42M2 1Bedroom/1Bathroom Apartment build in 2022.Located in Opal strategically very close to the beach when we say its a 5 minute walk we really mean it. We are Famous for our location specially for guest's that practice windsurfing, kitesurfing and the new sensation on the block "wing foiling". The Fisherman's hut beach is where everything takes place and that's only 500 meters from the apartment. Every year in the month of May there is Aruba Hi-winds competition going on a very big event on the Island. As soon as you reach the Ritz Calton you will find a walkway (beachside) that goes through all the hotels till Phoenix Hotel(Eagle Beach Area). If you are into ski diving its available only 300 meters away (landing zone) from the apartment. In front of the Marriott Resort(next to the Ritz hotel) is a bus stop(they pass every 20 minutes from 6:00am till 12:05am) and it cost's two dollars sixty per person, only small bills accepted. Right next over the Apartment is the Aruba Raquet Club a very cozy place that also has an Italian restaurant but of course where you can play/learn to play tennis, also there is a gym. A Minimarket (Tin Wei) is available within a 10 minute walk from the apartment also you can find an ATM there on site. We are glad to announce that we have a new Coffee shop in the hood by the name of "The Bean Corner Cafe" that happens to be next over the Mini Market Tin Wei. Ofcourse you can grab breakfast there. Unfortunately we do only accept Cash in US Dollars as payment because the cost of a machine to accept credit card is very high since we only have one apartment on permises. I happen to live next door of the apartment for any personal assistance you might need during your stay with us.

If you are into Windsurfing,Kitesurfing or Skidiving this is the property to rent.If you are into Kite surfing you definitly need to contact Armando Wester from "Armando's Kite Shack".As long as we can remember he is the pro of the pro's on the Island.If you are into windsurfing then Jeroen Westrate is your guy from Windsurfing Aruba .And if Skidiving is your thing then I suggest you take a short 3 minutes walk to their base and get all the info that you need(the landing spot is so close,that standing from the apartment's kitchendoor you will hear the folks screaming of fun as they descend to the landing zone).At the Raquet Club next door there is: Tennis, Gym, Pool ,Agrigento Ristorante Italiano by Chef Anna Maria (not included with the apartment).There is also (from January 2025) New Bean Corner Cafe two buildings next to Tin Wei mini market its a coffee/breakfast place about 10 minutes walk from Apartment.
