On the ground floor of the building there are 24-hour restaurants, markets, clothing stores, and entertainment centers. The apartment is very clean and located in a quiet area. The entrance to the apartment is separate, there are no neighbors. The building has 24-hour security and CCTV cameras. There is a parking space on the street.
