The apartment is located on Nizami and Targovi streets. The sea boulevard and the old town are a 5-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are 24-hour restaurants, markets, clothing stores and entertainment centers. The apartment is very clean and located in a very quiet area. The entrance to the apartment is separate, there are no neighbors.
