Novoizgrađeni penthouse u neposrednoj blizini centra grada s privatnim parking prostorom. Smješten je u zgradi koja broji šest jedinica. Veličina penthousa je 150m2, a sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje, trpezarije, šest soba + mala galerija, tri kupatila i vešeraja. Građen je od vrhunskih materijala - troslojna termoizolaciona stolarija, protuprovalna vrata, podno grijanje, španska keramika, klimatizirane sve sobe. Iz stana se pruža prekrasan pogled na grad, planine i dvorište. Opremljen je novim dizajnerskim namještajem te modernim kućanskim aparatima - 2x flat screen TV, perilica suđa, veš mašina, šporet, pećnica, frižider, pegla, fen. Gostima je dostupna besplatna wi-fi mreža i kablovska televizija. Ovaj luksuzni apartman je idealan za veće porodice/grupe, jer ga krasi prostranost i visoki stropovi.
