The house is completely built in wood which gives a very warm and cozy atmosphere. Ideal for groups up to 7 people. Fully detached house, so privacy is guaranteed. We installed a shower in the garage, so you can quickly take a shower after finishing your outdoor activities. It is not allowed to charge your electric vehicle. All damages caused by the illegal charging will be charged to the tenants.
I myself do not live in the neighborhood.
Very quiet neighborhood near the Vennbahn (Ravel). This is a bicycle route with little difference in altitude, very suitable for discovering the region by bike or on foot. By this route you can easily reach the beautiful lake of Butgenbach, but also the lovely cities of Malmedy and Monschau.
