On the second floor, you'll find an office and the children's room (with bunk beds) with an adjoining toilet. Above that, you'll find the very spacious roof terrace with views over Antwerp.

The beautiful antique elements throughout the house are complemented by Erwin's generous dose of creativity. For example, he handcrafted the furniture in the master bedroom himself. Erwin has been passionate about dance since childhood and enjoys bringing people together. The property is ideally located near excellent transport links, with public transport and bike stations just across the street. It's ideally situated for the AFAS Dome (Sportpaleis) and the Roma. The trendy Borgerhout (Time Out magazine) district is literally around the corner. Antwerp Central Station is a fifteen-minute walk away. Several summer bars surround the building. There are several supermarkets and bakeries in the area, as well as the Rivierenhof Provincial Green Area. Paid parking is available on the street or in the paid parking garage around the corner (Parking Stuivenberg).
