Villa Mira is a very pleasant and modern villa located in the Koninginnelaan in Sint-Idesbald at walking distance from the Strandlaan and the sea. The villa has an entrance hall with separate toilet, living room with dining and sitting area (digital television & wifi), modern white kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms of which 1x2p (1m60). 2nd room with 2 x 1p (2x90cm) and the third room 2 x 1p (1pers.bed 90cm). Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a beautiful garden with garden furniture. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. Inclusive: Final cleaning - cancellation insurance Exclusive: Energy consumption - consumption of cold water, is calculated according to the meter reading. The meter readings taken can be obtained on simple request.
