De woning is op wandelafstand van het strand (500m) in de Belle Epoque wijk van Oostende. De winkelstraat ligt op 10 min wandelen.
O - Sea House beschikt over 2 keukens, 2 badkamers, 2 woonkamers en 2 familieslaapkamers (4 en 6 personen) en een klein buitenkoertje. Het vakantiehuis kan helemaal gehuurd worden voor 10 personen of enkel de 2 onderste verdiepingen voor max 5 personen, Wifi is gratis en beschikbaar in het hele huis. Handdoeken en lakens dienen zelf meegebracht te worden.
