Property information

Before you book please read everything. It is a very nice little studio/penthouse with 2 big terasses in the front and in the back. Allday sunshine and there a stone BBQ at your disposal. The perfect location is completely in the middle of the city, when you step out of the front door right in front you have 4 nice restaurants a Greek, an Italian, a thai and a Syrian grill. Also in the street is the most famous ice cream shop from Ostend and maybe even from Belgium, people wait in lines to buy ice cream. The beach is 100 meter from the house! So is the casino, all the famous shops, the bars and the nightclubs. It is really the perfect location! The parking is a little bit tricky. But there are solutions(see Getting Around section). There is no lift and its on the 4th floor. The rooftop is not made to party and make noise. Also it's not allowed to invite outside guests. We listed the property for 2 people only. The BBQ facility is for staying guest only, We do not accept BBQ party's with outside guests. There is no wifi. But you can connect to telenet homespot and telenet wifree.
