Downstairs the house consists of a living room with a fireplace and a separate small kitchen. The floor is a mezzanine with very spacious bedroom with double bed, enclosed bathroom, separate toilet and a sleeping corner with 3 single beds.
In the garden there is an unheated swimming pond (depth +/- 1.50m) that is not closed with a fence.
The property is suitable for 2 couples and ideal for a family with children.
