It is comfortable as a working hub as it not only has fast Wi-Fi (515 Mbits) and it has 2 "working" spaces. It is situated on the ground floor and has 2,5 m high ceilings. => We offer a private parking space that is located 2 minutes walk from the apartment and can fit a car of size - 2.3m x 5.5m (10 BGN per day additional payment) The bathroom is equipped with 2 boilers (200 Literes of hot water) for your convenience. Each room has a powerful AirConditioner for maintaining the desired temperature at all seasons. In the first bedroom, you will be able to relax on the comfortable mattress for our King Size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed + a big wardrobe. The Living room has a huge 166/319/183cm expandable sofa that sleeps two guests, a comfortable expandable bed and a single comfortable bed 90/200. It also has a TV where movies/videos can be streamed.
