The apartment is within walking distance from key metro stations, buses, trams and distinctive landmarks of Sofia as well as restaurants, bakeries, shops and coffee places. The apartment is in a quiet and safe area although it is close to one of the most famous bars and shopping streets. The apartment has two bedrooms. One with comfortable big bed and the other with two separate beds and a balcony in the room. Both bedrooms are equipped with AC and heating. In addition there is an iron, ironing board, hangers and hair dryer. There is a separate living room with sofa which is extendable and is comfortable for sleeping of two. There is AC and heating in the room also. There is TV and other entertainment such as books, etc. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is coffee and tea available and there are spices such as salt, pepper, sugar, rosemary, basil etc. There are cooking appliances and there is ice available in the freezer. In addition there is a washing machine and washing detergent. There are two fully equipped bathrooms with soaps, shampoo and conditioners. As a plus the apartment has a balcony looking into the inside area.

The flat is situated on street “Han Krum”, which was once a place were the Bulgarian aristocracy such as prime ministers, bankers and artist lived on.
