The company has one individual owner. We manage just one property right now. The idea came to us because of the perfect location of the studio and the opportunity to meet new people. The studio is in the very center of the city but surrounded by rarely to find quiet streets with old chestnut trees. The subway station is very close and with the subway you can easily go anywhere in the city you like (quickly, easy and cheap). Rules of the studio: Smoking is allowed on the two balconies (but not inside the studio). Parties/events are not allowed. The neighbors do not tolerate parties and loud noise. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 08:00. Every room has a flat TV screen with cable TV and many channels that you can enjoy. The WIFI is free. There is the sports equipment, which you can enjoy. You can use it in the living room/kitchen. Please, if you are not used to it, be careful not to harm yourself. Please, do not water the flowers if you have a short stay in the studio. They really need water but we don't want to drawn them. However, if you enjoy a longer stay (more than three days, we will appreciate if you water the flowers on the balconies and inside if you see them suffering, especially if you see them dying). Pets are not allowed. We do not accept Third party bookings. Please, for the purposes of proper registration include in the reservation correct names, number and if coming with kinds - the age of the kids. It may be not possible to check-n the guests if the reservation is made on a different name, there is a different number of guests or the children age is mistaken. We need to get from guests the following data for each guest: guests' type of document (ID or passport), number of document, full names of guest, date, month and year of guest birth, nationality and for Bulgarian citizens EGN. We are required to get these data from guests when they check in and submit it online in the system of the Bulgarian Ministry of tourism.

Located in the peaceful city center. The subway station is just 3 minutes away walk and provides quick, cheap and easy access to all the city. The studio has two rooms and is designed as practical and comfortable with a very nice double bed, two single sofas (quite good for sleeping), two terraces (where smoking is allowed), two flat-screen TVs (one in every room) with cable TV and many channels, working place (a desk and a chair), sports equipment, kitchen and bathroom. The studio is not a big one - it is just 46 square meters (if you are looking for a spacious studio, unfortunately maybe it is not the right one for you). The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and a foldable single sofa bed, which surprisingly for a sofa bed is also really comfortable for sleeping. In the bedroom there is also a working place (with a very comfortable chair and desk), a cable TV with many channels. The room has a direct access to one of the two terraces, where you can smoke as much as you want. In the bedroom are provided electrical sockets (power) at many places, three night lamps, which will make it possible to charge phones, read books and have light :) The living room is small but combined with a kitchen, a single foldable sofa and sporting equipment. The room is designed to use for few purposes. You can cook at the kitchen and eat (there is a foldable table - stable and easy to use, it can be unfolded in seconds). The single foldable sofa can be used for sleeping. While not cooking or eating, you can use the space to make a workout as there is a sporting equipment like professional punching bag and boxing gloves, a pull up bar, a barbell with weights. There is also a separate flat screen TV in the. room with cable TV with many channels. The room has a direct access to the second terrace (again, smoking on terraces is allowed). This terrace has a small table and two chairs. The studio has a small corridor with a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

The studio probably has the best location possible. It is in the city center and very close to the subway station. This gives you easy and quick access to all parts of the city where you want to go. Although in the city center, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little noise, especially during nights and weekends. There are still preserved old 50 years chestnut trees all along the streets in the area. There are few groceries (one of them is just next to the studio, it is very well stocked and is open 24/7), BILLA and KAUFLKAND are within 750 meters walking distance, and small park (it is one minute walk away), a school ( 50 meters away), a gym, restaurants (very close), fast food stores, banks, the three biggest hospitals in Bulgaria are 300 meters away, there is a night bar and striptease club (300 hundred meters away), beauty studios. One of the restaurant has a pool, which is working in the summer period. One of the Sofia biggest Malls is is at a 1.8 km distance. Parking: the area around the studio is a "green zone" - electric cars park free of charge. All other cars can park free of charge during night (from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 a.m.) and all Sunday, paid parking during working days and Saturday (1 BGN per hour) but limited to 4 hours. The green zone ends at about 1 km. distance from the studio where you can park your car on the street for free. There is also a 24 hours paid parking at 250 meters distance from the studio.
