The place is nearby cental point (5-7 min. walking ), the beach also and shopping and culture place's. This place is very sweet and silently. You are special guest for me, and...you are welcome!

Мястото се позиционира в карето на Районен съд на една автобусна спирка от центъра на слънчева Варна. Музеи, МОЛ, банки и финансови институции, много ресторанти, питейни заведения ( и барове), домашно приготвена храна и хранителни вериги ( в непосредствена близост), както и пазар за пресни плодове и зеленчуци, бургери, пици, прясна риба и морски дарове и много много други, са на една "ръка" разстояние. И да не забравяме ПЛАЖЪТ и всички атракциони около него. Да Ви е сладко и да имате невероятни преживявания в градът на най-старото обработено злато в света - нашият Одесос, нашата Варна. С пожелание да я за обичате, както ние я обичаме! Струва си! Приятно изкарване скъпи гости!!!
