The house is located right outside the town of Shumen in a quiet neighbourhood called Divdyadovo. It is located on the main street, but is yet very peaceful. The place consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double extendable bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has a lovely backyard with 2 different seating areas and a barbecue. In August and September you can pick your own figs for breakfast :) The house is reachable by car within 3 minutes from the city centre and is located on the main street, yet the backyard is quiet and peaceful because it is on the backside of the house. It can also easily be reached by public transport - there is a bus station right in front of the door. Parking space is available in front of the house.

The neighbourhood and the Shumen plateau, which is located right above it, offers beautiful fauna. It is a site, suitable for numerous sports like mountain biking, paraplanner sports, rock climbing and cave exploration. The rock monasteries over Divdyadovo are a beautiful place for a walk and the view, which opens from above is incredible.
