Our Villa provides spacious apartments with sea view and balconies. The building is surrounded by a beautiful garden which overlooks picturesque "Raiski zaliv" ("Paradise Bay"). You can access one small beach of Paradise Bay via stairs directly from the garden.
Villa Via Pontica is located aside from the noisy attractions, but close enough to explore the beauty of Sozopol Old Town by foot. The famous Harmanite and Kavacite beaches are in walking distance as well.
