The Apartment is situated in the top centar of the city! 🔝Only 3 minutes away from the Central Railway and Bus stations✅, as well as bus stop for all main bus lines in the city. A short walking distance to the beach - 10 minutes. 🏖 The apartment is very close to the Marine Station - a stage for many concerts and festivals in the summer. 🎶 The building is a cultural heritage build more than a century ago by a famous Italian architect Ricardo Toscani. 🏛It is situated on the 2 1/2 floor, so You will have to be prepared to climb some stairs. But when you step inside we made sure that you will have everything you need for your pleasant stay. 🧘‍♂️The furnishings are new and we highly value cleanness and disinfection. We have decorated it homely and cozy. We are prepared also for children - babies, toddlers, teenagers. On request we can provide cot, changing table, baby bathtub, potty, high chair, play table, games and toys. There is also a desk and a chair for doing homework 😊 The two separate bedrooms make the apartment ideal for accommodating group of friends - there are a total of 5 beds (or 4, because we can turn two of the single beds into a king size bed). Each bedroom has a dedicated terrace with a table and chairs, clothes hanger. We have added a lots of green plants so you enjoy your morning coffee ☕️ or late evening wine 🍷 your in comfortable surroundings. The view is also beautiful. We are always available, so if you need any help or assistance, you can call or message me. I am more than happy to respond and answer all questions and needs. So You are Welcome to Burgas!😊
