There is not a 24 hour working reception in the complex but you will be personally welcomed by the owner Radka Ivanova. They will meet all your needs, answer all of your questions and organize whatever you want!

Property information

It's a new and modern building in the centre of "Golden Sands" with a magnificient view from all the rooms, about 350m from the sea and the main walking area in the resort. In the apartments there is a hall set (sofa, table,TV etc.), a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, air condition and free internet. There is an outdoor swimming pool.

Neighbourhood information

The beach and the main walking area are only 350m away. There are lots of shops in the neighbourhood (supermarkets, souvenirs, clothes, liqueurs, tobacoo, etc.). The Party Street (discos), the Aquapolis and the best restaurants are just a few steps from us. We organize short excursions in the surroundings as well - Varna (museums, shopping), Balchik (The Palace, Botanic Garden), cape Kaliakra,
