Common outdoor areas: kitchen, barbecue grill, bathroom, and fire pit (extra charge); game tables with foosball and pool, swings, and vegetable garden. After using the pool table, we kindly ask that you replace the protective cover to avoid damage caused by rain or dirt. IMPORTANT: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM • Check-out: until 11:00 AM • If the host needs to go to the property after 8:00 PM due to any issue, a convenience fee will apply • Extra bed linen, towels, and cleaning must be requested and are paid separately, directly to Seazone • Entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity or not registered in the reservation is prohibited • Smoking is not allowed • Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fines • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Any violation of condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest’s responsibility, including fines • For stays longer than 30 days, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning and for changing bed linen and towels during the period The cleaning included in the rate is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are provided with one bath towel per person and one face towel per bathroom, as well as bed linen for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
