The property is ready to welcome you in any season, whether you are on vacation or for work. It has 50-inch Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, both with a JBL home theater system installed on the ceilings, which can be connected via Bluetooth, as well as modern air conditioning equipment in both rooms, with cooling and heating functions. The lighting can be adjusted according to your preference, allowing you to have well-lit environments for your work, or more cozy ones for moments of relaxation.
The property is located on the beach avenue and has good restaurants, bars, kiosks, bakeries, supermarkets and stores selling other items in general, most of which are concentrated on Avenida Costa e Silva and the surrounding area, located 10 minutes away, on a peaceful walk along the beachfront.
